The Foundation property is located in the towns of Cavendish and Ludlow. The land is comprised of open meadows, managed forest, and sports fields and is conveniently located along Route 103 in the Okemo Valley, home to Okemo Mountain Resort.

Located on the Foundation property is The Fletcher Farm School for the Arts & Crafts which is operated by The Vermont Society of Artists & Craftsmen.  The school offers a renown arts program  throughout the summer and on weekends year round. There is a wide variety of classes from which to choose.  The School?s commitment is to quality arts and crafts education, to keep alive old traditions, and to teach new techniques in our special Vermont setting.
