weight loss with Green Mountain at Fox Run’s national acclaimed healthy weight
program. Since 1973 we’ve helped thousands women who struggle with eating,
exercise, and body image transform their lives.
Consider the possibility of lasting change at Green Mountain at Fox Run, the pioneering women’s retreat to help you find peace with food, fitness and your body in Ludlow, Vermont. Since 1973, we’ve helped thousands of women who struggle with weight, emotional and binge eating, and feelings of food addiction to transform their relationships with food and their bodies. Our program’s immersive retreat setting provides opportunities to explore:
- Mindful Eating
Explore the principles of mindful eating and learn to identify internal cues for hunger, appetite and satiety to guide you to eat what you want in a way that makes you feel well.
- Physical Activity
Find out why you haven’t succeeded in maintaining fitness routines in the past, and practice sustainable exercise that you enjoy, at the intensity that’s right for you.
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Management
Work with our binge and emotional eating specialists to develop practical ways of managing stress and emotional triggers.
- Support & Strategies for Your Own Specific Challenges
Using mindfulness as a guide, you will learn how to rise above the challenges you face with weight, eating, body image, and exercise!
In November 2015, Green Mountain opened its Women’s Center for Binge & Emotional Eating, the only clinical program in the nation dedicated solely to women suffering with binge eating disorder & emotional eating. Programs can be combined with our core residential program, or taken separately on an outpatient basis. And for those who participate, sessions are insurance-eligible.
Free yourself from dieting and restrictions, and find yourself at Green Mountain at Fox Run.
