“I opened our first Engel & Völkers shop in Woodstock in January of 2010 with an optimistic, long-range goal of a timely expansion in the Okemo Valley,” said Gail Graves, Owner and Broker. “My plan was always to have two offices, one in Woodstock and one in Ludlow.” When the real estate market started its recovery in late 2013, Graves decided the time was right and when the perfect location in Ludlow became available, she expanded to the Okemo Valley. Graves anticipates four to six agents to be working out of the new office. Terry Davis will take on the role of Managing Broker in the Woodstock office.
