The OVRCC Welcomes Five Corners Pub & Brewhouse
Marji Graf, CEO, Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce welcomes Paul Kowalski and Tad Dedrick of the Five Corners Pub & Brewhouse in Plymouth, VT to the Chamber. Today, December 18th marks their opening weekend.
We’ll be open Friday at 4pm, on Saturday at 3pm, and on Sunday at 11:00am! Come sample Tad’s cooking, especially our soon-to-be famous Smash Burger! We’ll be featuring several beers on tap from our friendly affiliate, McNeill’s Brewery in Brattleboro. Importantly, we’ll be talking with and listening to our friends, neighbors and customers, to hear how we can make Five Corners Pub & Brewhouse YOUR local pub! Find us on facebook or visit us at 4758 Route 100A within the Salt Ash Inn. 802-672-3224
Paul was one of the earliest Long Trail Brewery employees and has been a regular contributor to Yankee brew news. Tad is a skilled and creative longtime home brewer with a penchant for local foods and kitchen experience at Bentley’s in Woodstock. Additionally, Ray McNeill, a close friend who owns McNeill’s Brewery in Brattleboro is part of our team. His participation will be an invaluable asset, as he brings decades of experience in brewery and brewpub operation and access to critical purchasing channels.
